Orlando Brown is an American actor, songwriter, and performer who was born on December 4, 1987. Orlando is most remembered for his roles as Cadet Kevin ‘Tiger’ Dunne in Major Payne, 3J Winslow in Family Matters, Max in Two of a Kind, and the titular role in Waynehead and Fillmore.
Brown has previously played Eddie Thomas in That’s So Raven and Sticky Webb in The Proud Family.
After the 2022 release of his final movie, Bloody Hands, he spent more than five years away from the movie business. He made an appearance in the “Bad Boys: Texas” episode from 2023.
